This procedure is intended to explain how to set zim for remote support.
This should only be done when requested by zim support team.
This is done in the "Configuration and Support" page of zim software by setting "Remote support" as ON as shown in the picture below.
If your zim is connected to Internet, the "About my zim" page should reflect the remote connection URL as shown in the picture below.
Please send a screen copy of both the "About my zim" page and the "Configuration and Support" page to zim support team.
