First, you'll need to unscrew the base plate & internal cover :


Unscrew the 6 screw on the top and the 4 allen screws below :


Then unplug the power button cable.



1. Remove the cables



2. remove the heating cable


3. remove the daughter board pulling it gently on both sides


4. remove the lasts cables on the zimboard

 




5. Remove the 3 screws of the zimboard. Push a bit the zimboard around them to enable the white plastic parts under the screw to move also

            



6. Do not forget to unplug the fan wire pushing whith a pointed tool where it is indicated below 





How to reinstall the zimboard


1. Plug the fan wire to the zimboard


2. Screw the zimboard


  


3. Plug the 2 wires which connects zimboard to cubiboard


 



3. Put the daughter board


4. Put the wires as indicated below ( CAUTION : right motor goes on the left plug (E1) and left motor on the right plug (E2).





5. Place the power button cable as indicated below


6. Insert the bottom of the base plate first, then screw it. One screw on both side



7. Then insert the top of the base plate and screw it. Finally you can put all the screws


8. Unplug the E0 motor to Plug the power button cable. CAUTION, to insert it, push it gently on the with plastic part. then, put the E0 motor cable back



9. Plug the E0 motor cable 


10. Screw the internal cover and replace the bottom cover


11. Insert filament manually up to the head in order to check if the Teflon tube path isn't blocked.
