Tool needed : 

- Philips screwdriver

- 7mm (or 9/32") pipe wrench

- 2mm (or 5/64") Allen key




How to remove the nozzle :


1. Unscrew the head cover


Phillips screws in front 



2mm allen screws on the back



2. Take the head cover off the printing head

 The mica plate is loose, this is normal as it is kept in place by the nozzle


3. Unscrew the nozzle with the above mentioned wrench (take care not to burn yourself)


6. You now get both parts of the nozzle



 

How to reinsert the nozzle :


1.  assemble the 2 parts of the nozzle


2. put the nozzle into the pipe wrench


3. Put the nozzle as indicated below, well centered with the hole. 


4. then tighten carrefully the nozzle until it is fully retracted


5. Then screw the head cover :

-With the Philips screwdriver in front


-and the 2mm allen screw on the back
